Walk it Out – Bringing on Labor UNK Style

We’ve all heard that walking is really good exericise throughout pregnancy.  In late pregnancy, it is very good for helping the baby descend into the pelvis and encourage labor to begin.  The mama in this video takes it up a notch! 🙂  It is lovely to watch her move.  Get your groove on mamas!  It’s an awesome thing.

Thanks Birth Without Fear and Mama Birth for sharing it with me. 🙂
