This is the official blog of Birth True Childbirth Education based in the hills of southeastern Kentucky and serving the counties of Knott, Letcher, Perry, and Floyd, as well as other surrounding counties.  Kelli B. Haywood, LCCE, M.A.T. is the author of the content of this page and the educator for Birth True classes.  The goal of this blog is to inform, discuss, keep up to date, and entertain expecting women, families, and others interested in the various topics surrounding childbirth.  Please, feel free to comment, adding your thoughts and information.
